Absolutely! We love doing custom orders!! You may place your order under our 'Custom Orders' category. If there is a particular outfit you need a bow to match, you are more than welcome to email a picture of the outfit to us. There is a better chance of the custom bow matching the outfit if you provide us with a picture of the outfit. We are sure to create the perfect custom bow for you & your princess! What is the difference between an alligator clip & a barrette clip? TOP

Alligator clips are best for babies with very fine hair or very little hair. Barrette clips are ideal for older girls or girls with more hair. Can you make this bow in a different size?? TOP
YES! If you see a bow you like, but it is not in the size you need, order it through our 'Custom Order' - Create Your Own section. Just fill out the appropriate sizing information & state the name of the bow you want made. This way we will know exactly what bow you are wanting, only in a different size. What size are your headbands? TOP
Our headbands are ideal for infants & toddlers. They are very soft & stretchy. These headbands will fit from newborn to approx. 5 years old. The headbands will never leave those deep cutting marks on your babies head. They are light weight & made for comfort. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

Our headbands are great for little girls without much hair or very fine hair. We also recommend using the alligator clips & requesting a No Slip insert under the "additional comments" section at checkout. This no slip insert grips the hair to prevent slipping of the clippie, great for super soft baby hair! What type of ribbon do you use to make your bows? TOP
Most of our bows are made with grosgrain ribbon that is made in the USA. We also use satin, velvet and organza ribbon. What method of shipping do you offer? TOP
We ship all of our orders USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is ALWAYS a flat rate of $5.95, regardless of amount ordered. How long does shipping usually take? TOP
Bow orders generally take 5-10 business days. Clothing & other custom orders take 3-4 weeks to ship as they are customly designed per order. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped out. Once item has been shipped it will take 2-3 business days for you to receive your order. *Some items may be shipped out separately depending on availability.
